Our Mission

We exist to help people get the basics.

We are committed to helping people get the basics because in this current culture many people - even those raised in church - do not get three things.

#1. Many people do not get the basics of faith in God - the Bible, Jesus, heaven, hell, God's gooness and the basics of believing.

#2. Many people do not get the basics on how to raise a family God's way - how to enjoy being a team in marriage, in raising godly kids and doing life.

#3. Many people do not get the basics of Church - why Jesus loves the Church and what His priority, purpose and passion for the Church really is.

The result for believers who don't get these things, is a life of frustration and defeat in their personal lives, marriages, families and church experience.

The eternal consequences for unbelievers who don't get the faith basics is a life far from the Lord and an eternal separation from God.

These things motivate us to help people get the basics!

To help people get the basics, we are all about developing and utilizing every creative, media and communications tool available. This includes, speaking in churches, conferences, special events, facilitating training, mentoring and resources and creating books, devos, podcasts, videos and online experiences.

Our History

For the past 25 years, we have worked side-by-side as a husband/wife ministry team helping people get what we do know. While we don't know everything, we do know the basics of faith, family and church life and through teaching and speaking we have been compelled to help others.

Our motivation has been the two Scriptural mandates on our lives. 

2 Timothy 2:2: It was 1985 and Jeff was a successful businessman, when the Lord supernaturally spoke 2 Timothy 2:2 to his heart and radically changed his life and purpose. "And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also." (2 Timothy 2:2, NKJV) From that moment on, Jeff left the business world to follow God's call to teach the Word to faithful people who teach others also.

Romans 10:13-15: Beth was a college student in 1979 majoring in biology with plans to become a dentist, when the Lord interrupted her life with Romans 10:13-15. "For 'whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.' How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: 'How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!'" (Romans 10:13-15, NKJV) From that moment on, Beth knew she couldn't be a dentist, but rather was compelled to change her major and focus on sharing Jesus and His Word with those who haven't yet heard, believed or called on the Lord.
